- Leases are completed through a meeting with a company representative.
- Once a tenant receives the lease, they have seven (7) days to submit the signed contract.
- Upon the lease’s initial exchange, a security deposit, last month’s rent, notarized parent letter, and $150 application fee is due from all new tenants (not renewing their contracts) within seven days from signing the lease.
- Tenants are expected to submit their contact information (email and phone number) before the initial signing.
